Pl. text: Stanisław Skalski (ur. 27 listopada 1915 w Kodymie, zm. 12 listopada 2004 w Warszawie) – podporucznik pilot lotnictwa wojskowego II RP, major pilot Polskich Sił Powietrznych na Zachodzie, podpułkownik (ang. wing commander) Królewskich Sił Powietrznych, generał brygady pilot Ludowego Wojska Polskiego, as myśliwski okresu II wojny światowej o najwyższej liczbie zestrzeleń wśród polskich pilotów. Odznaczony Krzyżem Złotym i Krzyżem Srebrnym Orderu Wojennego Virtuti Militari. Po 1989 polityk. Absolwent Szkoły Podchorążych Lotnictwa w Dęblinie (XI promocja, 67 lokata). Walczył we wrześniu 1939, będąc dowódcą klucza w 142. Eskadrze Myśliwskiej. Od jesieni 1940 walczył w Anglii, uczestniczył m.in. w powietrznej bitwie o Anglię. Dowodził następnie eskadrą w dywizjonie 306i 316, dywizjonem 317, eskadrą zwaną „Cyrkiem Skalskiego” w Tunezji, brytyjskim dywizjonem 601na Malcie i w końcu 133 Polskim Skrzydłem Myśliwskim. Oficjalnie zaliczono mu zestrzelenie 18 i 11/12 samolotów oraz 2 prawdopodobnie. W roku 1947 powrócił do Polski, gdzie został przez władze stalinowskie oskarżony o zdradę i skazany na karę śmierci, po czym wyrok zamieniono na dożywocie. Został zrehabilitowany w 1956. Jest autorem wspomnień z kampanii wrześniowej pt. Czarne krzyże nad Polską.

Developed by the Mikoyandesign bureau as an air superiority fighter during the 1970s, the MiG-29, along with the larger Sukhoi Su-27, was developed to counter new American fighters such as the McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle, and the General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon. The MiG-29 entered service with the Soviet Air Force in 1982.
While originally oriented towards combat against any enemy aircraft, many MiG-29s have been furnished as multirole fighters capable of performing a number of different operations, and are commonly outfitted to use a range of air-to-surface armaments and precision munitions. The MiG-29 has been manufactured in several major variants, including the multirole Mikoyan MiG-29M and the navalised Mikoyan MiG-29K; the most advanced member of the family to date is the Mikoyan MiG-35. Later models frequently feature improved engines, glass cockpits with HOTAS-compatible flight controls, modern radar and IRST sensors, and considerably increased fuel capacity; some aircraft have also been equipped for aerial refuelling.
Following the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the militaries of a number of former Soviet republics have continued to operate the MiG-29, the largest of which is the Russian Air Force. The Russian Air Force wanted to upgrade its existing fleet to the modernised MiG-29SMT configuration, but financial difficulties have limited deliveries. The MiG-29 has also been a popular export aircraft; more than 30 nations either operate or have operated the aircraft to date, India being one of the largest export operators of the type. "Ez majdnem olyan jó, mint én vagyok" mondta, amikor kikászálódott az ülésből. A ROVKI-ban a pilótákat sem kellett félteni. Elhatározták, hogy Géza nem csak őket tudja megnevettetni sorozatos előadásain, "humorban mi sem vagyunk rosszabbak", és kitervelték, hogyan fogják megtréfálni. A műtőből szereztek zöld műtősköpenyt, műtős sapkát, szájmaszkot és egy beteghordó kocsit. Az egyik éjszaka (!) rárontottak nagy dérrel-dúrral a Gézára! Ébresztő művészkém! Ébresztő! Rosszat mutat a műszer, azonnal megyünk a műtőbe! (Gézán is Holter monitor volt). A halálsápadt "művészkémet" rászíjazták a beteghordó kocsira, közben a ROVKI orvosoktól eltanult halandzsát mormolták: "gyerünk, gyorsan, nagyon laposak a T hullámok" és rohantak a halálra vált Gézával a folyosón. Igen ám, de a ROVKI-ban nincs lift, így amikor a lépcsőhöz értek, már nem bírták tovább és felnevettek. Géza csak akkor vette észre, hogy átverték. Így hát az éjszakát vidáman töltötték, és másnap a barokamrában nem is bánták, hogy a kialvatlanságtól kissé sápadtabbak.

A formális belső vizsgálat mellett egy informális nyomozás is zajlik a Honvédelmi Minisztériumban: azt keresik nagy erőkkel, hogy ki szivárogtatta ki a hírt arról, hogy a kecskeméti reptéren tárolt MiG-ekből fontos alkatrészeket loptak el. A HM saját szabályzata szerint a reptér biztonságáért a közigazgatási államtitkár felelős legfelsőbb szinten.
„A Honvédelmi törvény végrehajtási rendelete alapján a miniszter átruházott hatáskörében irányítja azon helyőrségtámogatói feladatok ellátását, amelyek a HM önálló szervezeti egységek és szervezetek támogatására és objektumüzemeltetésére irányulnak” – a Honvédelmi Minisztérium hatályos Szervezeti és Működési Szabályzatából származik az idézet, a leírás egy felsorolás része, amely a minisztérium közigazgatási államtitkárának feladatait írja le.
Eszerint Vidoven Árpád hatáskörébe tartozik a Magyar Honvédség objektumainak üzemeltetése, ebbe természetesen beletartozik azok őrzése is. Ez azért lehet érdekes, mert júliusban ismeretlen tettesek több, a kecskeméti katonai repülőtéren tárolt, az állományból kivont MiG-29-es repülőgépből fontos alkatrészeket vittek el. Az eset után nem csak a rendőrség indított nyomozást, de Szalay-Bobrovniczky Kristóf honvédelmi miniszter azt is bejelentette, hogy belső vizsgálatot szintén lefolytatnak az ügyben a felelős felkutatására. ...

Gyula Vári (born Nagykőrös, 6 May 1967) is a Hungarian flying officer and politician. He is a former parliamentary representative and observer in the European Parliament.
Military career:
After graduating at the Košice College, he spent a year in Szolnok where he participated in weapons training. In 1991 he moved to Kecskemét Air Base to the first flying squadron. He flew MiG-21s (F, MF and UM specs), and in 1993 after training in Russia, he flew MiG-29s (U's and UB's). In 1994 he took part in the TLP (Tactical Leadership Program) in Belgium. In 1995 he studied at the Squadron Officer School at Maxwell Air Force Base in the United States. In 1996 he became a demo pilot for the Hungarian Air Force. From 1997 on he regularly performed at military demonstrations and he obtained his Private and Commercial Pilot Licences.
From 1998 he took part in international competitions. In 1998, 1999 and 2001 he won the As the Crow Flies Trophy at the Royal International Air Tattoo. In 1999 he took home the Solo Jet Aerobatic Trophy. In 2001 he won the Lockheed Martin Cannestra Trophy. While executing a low-speed, high-angle attack portion of his routine, a bird was sucked into the right engine (a bird strike), causing the turbofan engine to burst into flames.
Kvochur immediately turned the remaining engine to full afterburner. His speed, at 180 kilometres per hour (110 mph), was too slow to maintain stability on one engine, and the aircraft entered a steep dive. Kvochur managed to steer the MiG away from the crowd and ejected 2.5 seconds before impact. He landed 30 metres (98 ft) away from the fireball of the crashed plane.
The incident was caught on video and is featured on the reality television series World's Most Amazing Videos and reused in the pseudo-documentary World War III.
Kvochur's Mig-29 had a Zvezda K-36D ejection seat. The same ejection seat helped save the lives of the pilots of two MiG-29s that collided mid-air at the Royal International Air Tattoo in July 1993, and the pilot and navigator of a Sukhoi Su-30 that crashed from a tail-strike at the Paris Air Show in June 1999, which was also captured on video.

N019 is a hybrid analogue/digital design, with an NII Argon Ts100 digital processing unit. The Ts100 processor can achieve 170,000 operations per second, has 8K RAM and 136k ROM, and is built using medium scale integration ICs. It is based on the proprietary POISK architecture developed at NII Argon, which allows adapting of the instruction set to control system functions by expanding the basic instruction set with microcodes inherent in specific tasks. Hu. text: 2025.08.15.: Két hete példátlan incidens rázta meg a kecskeméti katonai repülőteret: ismeretlen elkövetők átvágták a kerítést, majd a MIG–29-es vadászgépek lokátortereiből vittek el alkatrészeket. A betörés körülményei számos kérdést vetnek fel – leginkább azt, miként juthattak be egy szigorúan őrzött katonai objektumba anélkül, hogy bárki észrevette volna őket.
Körülbelül két héttel ezelőtt egészen hihetetlen esemény zajlott le a kecskeméti katonai bázison, ahol a Magyar Honvédség egykori MIG–29-es vadászgépeit őrzik. Ismeretlen személyek jutottak be a katonai repülőtérre és alkatrészeket vittek el – értesült a Blikk. A 28 gépes flotta 1993-ban érkezett Oroszországtól, az államadósság fejében. 2010-ben vonták ki őket a szolgálatból, addigra mindössze négy maradt üzemképes. A helyüket a Gripenek vették át.
A megmaradt gépeket konzervált állapotban tárolják, ami elvileg azt jelenti, hogy igyekeznek megőrizni műszaki épségüket, bár a szakértők szerint már rég nem repülőképesek. Németh Zoltán őrnagy, nyugalmazott vadászpilóta elmondta, hogy már a kétezres évek elején is alig tudtak közülük néhányat levegőbe emelni, és a kivonásuk óta nem végeztek rajtuk rendszeres nagyjavítást. A katonai szlengben „Jurassic Parkként” emlegetett területen sorakoznak, két csoportban.
Az elkövetők a legegyszerűbb módszert választották: drótvágóval átmetszették a kerítést, felhajtották, és akadálytalanul bejutottak.
A MIG–29-esek orrkúpját is megrongálták, hogy hozzáférjenek a belső lokátortérhez, ahonnan a célzott alkatrészeket elvitték.
Információk szerint nem ócskavasra hajtottak, hanem kifejezetten értékes, nehezen beszerezhető komponensekre – ami arra utal, hogy megrendelésre dolgoztak. A lopott alkatrészek iránt több országban is lehet kereslet: Oroszországtól Ukrajnáig, Bulgáriától Kubáig számos hadsereg használja még a NATO-kódnevén Fulcrumként ismert típust.
A magyar állam 2019-ben próbált megválni a maradék 19 példánytól, 20 hajtóművel és mintegy 300 egyéb tartozékkal együtt, 2,8 milliárd forintos kikiáltási áron. Az elektronikus aukción azonban egyetlen licit sem érkezett, részben azért, mert NATO-tagként az eladáshoz az orosz gyártó hozzájárulása is kellett volna.
Megerősítették a bázison tárolt MiG–29-esek őrzését, miután betörtek a kecskeméti katonai repülőtérre
2025. augusztus 19. Vida Benjámin:
„A repülőtér működése, a légierő képességei, és ezzel együtt a magyar emberek biztonsága a rágalmakkal ellentétben nem került veszélybe. Az eltulajdonított alkatrészek használhatatlanok, piaci értékük nincsen” – írta a Honvédelmi Minisztérium (HM) arról, hogy betörtek a kecskeméti katonai repülőtérre, és ellopták a MiG–29-es vadászgépek alkatrészeit.
Az MTI-ben megjelent közleményben azt írták, még a július végén történt lopás után, tehát a sajtóhírek előtt belső vizsgálatot és nyomozást indítottak. A HM szerint bűncselekmény a laktanya területén belül, a kerítéshez közel tárolt, feleslegesnek nyilvánított és a hadrendből 2010-ben kivont MiG–29-es repülőgépeket érintette.
Mint írták, a repülőgépek az MNV Zrt. tulajdonában vannak, és azokat egy évtizede csak tárolják Kecskeméten. A betörés után a bázison tárolt MiG–29-esek őrzését megerősítették.
Az ügyben többször kerestük a Honvédelmi Minisztériumot, de választ nem kaptunk. Az ellopott MiG–29 alkatrészekről írt cikkünk megjelenése után percekkel közölte az MTI a Honvédelmi Minisztérium közleményét.
Fegyelmi eljárás indult azután, hogy betörtek a kecskeméti katonai repülőtérre, és ellopták a MiG–29-es vadászgépek alkatrészeit, írja a Honvédelmi Minisztérium az újabb közleményében.
A minisztérium ezenkívül megismétli a korábbi állításait, miszerint már a betörés után, tehát július végén belső vizsgálatot indítottak az ügyben. Azt is írták, hogy a lopás a laktanya területén belül, a kerítéshez közel tárolt, feleslegesnek nyilvánított és a hadrendből 2010-ben kivont MiG–29-es repülőgépeket érintette, amik az MNV Zrt. tulajdonában vannak, és azokat egy évtizede tárolják Kecskeméten. A HM szerint az eltulajdonított alkatrészek használhatatlanok, piaci értékük nincsen, a betörés után viszont megerősítették a gépek őrzését.

A rendőrség megerősítette, hogy valóban tolvajok jutottak be a kecskeméti katonai repülőtérre körülbelül két héttel ezelőtt. A betörők nem cicóztak, a reptéren állomásozó vadászgépekből szedtek ki alkatrészeket, ráadásul információnk szerint a bejutás játszi könnyedséggel ment nekik. En. text: The MiG-29 has two widely spaced Klimov RD-33 double-flow jet engines, each rated at 50 kilonewtons (11,200 lbf) dry and 81.3 kilonewtons (18,300 lbf) in afterburner. The space between the engines generates lift, thereby reducing effective wing loading, hence improving maneuverability. The engines are fed through intake ramps fitted under the leading-edge extensions (LERXs), which have variable ramps to allow high-Mach speeds. Due to their relatively short combustor, the engines produce noticeably heavier smoke than their contemporaries. As an adaptation to rough-field operations, the main air inlet can be closed completely and the auxiliary air inlet on the upper fuselage can be used for takeoff, landing and low-altitude flying, preventing ingestion of ground debris. Thereby the engines receive air through louvers on the LERXs which open automatically when intakes are closed.
