Eve was born in London, the daughter of actors Trevor Eve and Sharon Maughan. She went to Bedales School, and More House School, and then took her A-levels at Westminster School in London.

On the stage, Eve has appeared in two plays directed by Trevor Nunn. The Grumman G-44 Widgeon is a small, five-person, twin-engine amphibious aircraft.[1] It was designated J4F by the United States Navy and Coast Guard and OA-14 by the United States Army Air Corps and United States Army Air Forces.
Design and development:
The Widgeon was originally designed for the civil market. It is smaller but otherwise similar to Grumman's earlier G-21 Goose, and was produced from 1941 to 1955. The aircraft was used during World War II as a small patrol and utility machine by the United States Navy, US Coast Guard and by the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm.
The first prototype flew in 1940, and the first production aircraft went to the United States Navy as an anti-submarine aircraft. In total, 276 were built by Grumman, including 176 for the military. The Vought OS2U Kingfisher was an American catapult-launched observation floatplane. It was a compact mid-wing monoplane, with a large central float and small stabilizing floats. Performance was modest, because of its light engine. The OS2U could also operate on fixed, wheeled, taildragger landing gear. The OS2U was the main shipboard observation aircraft used by the United States Navy during World War II, and 1,519 of the aircraft were built. Repülő-szakmailag és tengerészetileg is jó valamint helyes történet megemészthető és tudatba-mászó szaknyelvezettel felvértezett reklám-promóciós képregény. Nem egy könnyen átfutható lazán bevehető olvasmány és képanyag. Az ábrák élethűek és a feliratok a jó beszólások mellett oktatják is az olvasót a repülés és a Kutatás-Mentés alapjaira. Hu. text: Ha azt halljuk, képregény, mindannyian
ugyanarra gondolunk. Képek sorozatával elmesélt történet, ahol a képeken belül
jelenik meg a szöveg, sőt a hangok, mozgások is grafikus jelekkel vannak
ábrázolva. Sok hasonlóságot mutat tehát a filmmel, sokunk kedvencével.
Az első mai értelemben vett képregény 1896-ban
látott napvilágot egy New York-i újság vasárnapi mellékletében. Innen indult
világhódító útjára és tett szert legalább akkora népszerűségre, mint a
hangosfilm.
Magyarországon rövid virágzás után gyorsan
bealkonyult a hazai képregényeknek. Az 1950-es évektől a 70-es évek végéig
komoly írók, többek között Örkény István foglalkoztak a műfajjal, a rajzolók
soraiban pedig ott találjuk Sebők Imre, Zórád Ernő és Korcsmáros Pál nevét. E
rövid idő alatt számtalan klasszikus irodalmi mű született újjá a képregény
eszközeivel, és jutott el a széles nagyközönséghez. Sajnos a külföldi, sokszor
értéktelen, olcsó képregények dömpingje ellehetetlenítette a hazai alkotók
kibontakozását.
A képregény a világ többi részén óriási
biznisz, hiszen az újságok eladási száma növelhető vele, és a bennük levő
reklámozási lehetőség szintén bevételi forrás. Ha azonban ezt nem pusztán a
pénz oldaláról tekintjük, hanem az emberek nevelésének és szórakoztatásának
eszközét látjuk benne, kettős célt valósíthatunk meg. Köztudott tény, hogy ma a
gyermekek és a felnőttek többsége nem szeret olvasni. Könnyebb leülni a
televízió elé, és válogatás nélkül fogyasztani a nyújtott kínálatból. Így nem
kell gondolkodni, a fantáziánkat használni, hiszen mindent készen kapunk. A
képregény előnye ezzel szemben, hogy a meg nem rajzolt eseményeket a
képzeletünkre bízza, nekünk kell kitölteni, végiggondolni a hiányzó részeket,
így sarkallva a gondolkodásra, fantáziánk használatára bennünket. Az óvodás
gyermek is azért szeret mesét hallgatni,
képes mesekönyvből, mert a benne lévő képek és a fantáziája segítségével
felépítheti az általa elképzelt világot. Kicsit mindannyian gyermekek vagyunk,
és ez az igény bennünk is él, de komoly felnőttként igyekszünk elnyomni ilyen
irányú vágyainkat.
Az Aviátor magazin, a benne megjelenő
képregény segítségével igyekszik olvasói kedvében járni, lehetőséget biztosítva
e műfaj újrafelfedezésére. Természetesen, a lap profiljához igazítva, repülős
történetet szeretnénk az Önök kezébe adni. Igyekszünk méltóak lenni a műfaj
klasszikusaihoz, magas színvonalú szórakozást nyújtva ezzel nemcsak a repülés,
hanem talán a képregény szerelmeseinek is. Reményeink szerint mai rohanó
világunkban ez is lehetőség lesz a néhány perces, szórakoztató kikapcsolódásra.
