Repülőtéri Mérési Munka-feladatok - Surveying works of Airfield

A rendelkezésre álló optikai műszerkészlet lehetővé teszi a sportrepülőterek geodéziai jellegű feltérképezését és bemérését. megállapíthatóak és kitűzhetőek a földi referencia ponttal bíró légtér és manőver-görbe pontok, irányok, távolságok. Megállapíthatóak a veszélyes magasságok és azok mérete, valamint a szükséges siklópálya (Glidepath) biztonságos paraméterek. Felmérhetőek a veszélyes szektorok és iránysávok. A repülések különböző módozatai során vizuálisan mérhető a fordulópontok, irányok és magasságok betartása. A vízszintes és függőleges sebességvektorok valamint a siklópályán való helyezkedés. Mindezek dokumentálása több féle formátumban. Video és térfigyelő kontroll is lehetséges ellenőrzésképpen.

Manapság, amikor az olcsóbb okostelefonokba is 8-10-12 megapixeles kameramodulokat szerelnek a gyártók – nem is beszélve a szélsőségekről, pl a Sony 48 megapixeles eszközéről – , még a fényképezés iránt kevés affinitással bíró emberek is képben vannak nagyjából a digitális fotók felbontását illetően. Felvetődhet a kérdés, hogy ha a telefonunk borsónyi kamerája és a mögötte lévő szenzor 12 megapixeles (tehát 12 millió képpontból álló) képeket tud rögzíteni, akkor milyen felbontású lehet a szemünk?

Az nyilvánvaló, hogy nem igazán hasonlítható össze a látásunkért felelős érzékszerv a zsebünkben megbújó telefon, vagy egy digitális fényképezőgép képalkotó rendszerével. Ennek fő oka, hogy az emberi látás nem állóképeket rögzít. A szemünk által közvetített látványt az agy folyamatosan dolgozza föl, és a szemünk is folyamatosan mozgásban van, az előttünk lévő tér különböző szeleteit úgymond letapogatva - tehát sokkal inkább lehetne egy nagy látószögű mozgásérzékelős biztonsági kamera élőben streamelt képét analógiául venni.  ...

Hu. text: 1954. május 30-án, gyermeknap alkalmával a "Pajtás" nevű gőzhajó Siófokról indult Tihanyba Balatonfüred érintésével. A hajó a menetrendnek megfelelően indult, a látási viszonyok jók voltak. A fedélzeten hat fős személyzet és körülbelül 170-175 utas tartózkodott.
A tragédia okának legelterjedtebb változata szerint amikor a hajó Balatonfüredet készült elhagyni, éppen vitorlásversenyt tartottak a közelben, ami felkeltette az utasok érdeklődését, akik a hajó bal oldalára mentek, hogy lássák az eseményeket. A túl magasra átépített hajó váratlanul balra billent, majd imbolyogni kezdett. Az ijedt utasok emiatt jobb oldalra szaladtak, mire a hajó jobbra dőlt. Az utasok ismét átszaladtak a bal oldalra, ennek hatására a hajó végleg balra dőlt és fel is borult. Heisz Pál kapitány ellenkormányozással próbálta megakadályozni a balesetet, próbálkozása azonban kudarcot vallott. A vitorlások és a környékbeli hajók azonnal megkezdték a mentést, ennek ellenére a tragédiának 23 (egyes források szerint 27) halálos áldozata, és több mint 50 sérültje volt, köztük rengeteg gyerek.
A balesetről nem volt szabad a valóságnak megfelelően beszámolni, az ÁVH éppen ott tartózkodó emberei a segítségnyújtás helyett a szemtanúk fényképezőgépeinek begyűjtésével törődtek. A korabeli újság, a Szabad Nép igyekezett kisebbíteni a tragédiát: összesen 12 áldozatról és néhány sérültről írtak.
A baleset után a hajót kiemelték, visszaépítették eredeti formájára, majd átkeresztelték Siófokra és újra szolgálatba állították. 1987-ben nyugdíjazták végleg.

Hu. text: Elsősorban bajba került vízijárművek mentésekor célszerű igénybevenni az optikai szolgáltatásunkat, mivel az időbeni helymeghatározás életeket menthet. ha még GPS-el is rendelkezik a hajó, akkor is többnyire csak a saját pozíciója állapítható meg a személyzet által, -tehát önkiszolgáló. Kevés GPS küldi be a tartózkodási helyét és egyéb információkat a "központba" -mint általában a fuvarozó cégeknél. ha a mentőszolgálat nem rendelkezik ilyen információkkal, akkor a mentési helyszín behatárolása igen nehézkes még akkor is, ha rádión (CB) megadják a (hozzávetőleges) pozíciót. 

A mentőegységek általában rendelkeznek GPS-el, amibe viszont be kell táplálni a cél-koordinátát. Ha ez nem ismert akkor csak egy hozzávetőleges mágnese térképirányba tud indulni, mely során a víz és szél miatti elsodródást nem képesek a célhoz viszonyítva korrigálni -amennyiben nem ill. nehezen látható az objektum.

Az optikai műszerekkel végzett felderítő - bemérés során; távmérővel egy pontból, irány és távolság, míg a két pontból tájolóműszerekkel végzett előremetszés eljárás esetén a metszéspont alapján kerül meghatározása a helyszín koordinátája. Ezt betáplálva a GPS-be a folyamatos irányhelyesbítésekkel nagy valószínűséggel és gyorsabban érhetnek a mentési helyszínre.

8. Rab-sziget - ezen a viszonylag közeli szigeten, Budapesttõl mindössze 555 kilométerre találhatjuk a legtöbb homokos strandot. A legnépszerûbbek Lopar falucska mellett a Paradicsom strand (Rajska Plaza), a Sahara, a Stolac és a Ciganka. A Rajska 2 kilométer hosszú, finom homokos, sekély és meleg vízû, akár 28 fokos is néha. Leginkább kisgyerekes családoknak való, mert az úszási mélységért bizony sokat kell gyalogolni. Nem árt napernyõrõl is gondoskodni, mert a fás rész elég messze van a víztõl. A Rajska népszerû strand, ehhez mérten nyüzsgõs is. Találhatunk viszont a szigeten kis homokos öblöket, Supetarska Draga, Barbat, Kampor, Banjol, Mundanije nagyon szép helyek, pihenésre kiválóan alkalmasak. A sziget keleti fele kicsit kopár ugyan, de a nyugati buján zöld, tele illatos mediterrán növényekkel és kabócákkal. Érdemes bejárni, felfedezni autóval, de akár kerékpáron vagy motorcsónakkal is.
